WELCOME TO THE ARCANIST’S TAVERN
Located in the heart of Shoreditch, the Arcanist’s Tavern is an immersive tabletop gaming cafe with custom-built tables and private booths for TTRPGs & Wargaming. Allowing you to roll dice in the candlelit halls of a real rustic fantasy tavern.
In our Apothecary bar above, we a themed menu with alchemical cocktails and an ever-expanding board game library with all time classics and new independent releases.
The Arcanist’s Tavern is an inclusive community, with regular beginner friendly events run by professional performers and a living 5.5E world to discover.
AN IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE
THE APOTHECARY
Our immersive cafe and bar, nestled between rows of arcane relics and long-forgotten elixirs. Featuring a themed menu with veggie and vegan alternatives, alchemical cocktails, draught beer and a board game library featuring 300+ games. The perfect place to refresh between adventures, the Apothecary has a variety of casual seating options for parties of all sizes.
Full access to our board game library is available from £7 per person.
THE GUILD HALL
The perfect place to test your mettle in tabletop miniature games, with 6’x4’ modular gaming tables, USB charging, and a variety of themed terrain and battle mats available. All of this is set to the backdrop of a roaring guild hall, complete with banners and relics of heroes past.
Table hire for a single session (4 hours) is available for £18 for up to 3 people, and £7 for every additional player.
THE ARCHIVES
Amidst the arcane tomes kept in our vaults below, you will find our private roleplaying booths. With custom-built gaming tables designed to provide the ultimate TTRPG experience. Our booths feature hidden sound dampening, dynamic lighting, built-in dice rollers, and a privacy curtain.
Table hire for a single session (4 hours) is available for £21 for up to 3 people, and £7 for every additional player.
PLAY DUNGEONS & DRAGONS
Whether you are a new or veteran player, we offer a number of ways to play at the tavern - with games hosted by professional performers.
Discover Aeturnum, our zero-commitment, drop-in 5.5E world of accursed undeath and intrigue.
We also offer private hire packages for first time adventurers and established adventuring parties looking for an unforgettable journey.
