BOOKING POLICY: 

  

All online bookings require prepayment, your reservation will be held without payment for 1 hour before being canceled automatically. 

Please check-in at the Apothecary when you arrive and wait to be guided to your table.  

All additional players at the table must pay during check-in.   

On the day of your booking, we will hold your table for 30 minutes before declaring it a no-show.  

We ask all guests to be courteous to others during their stay at the Arcanist's Tavern, and to pack up and leave 10 minutes before their booking ends to allow us time to clean and set up the table for the next adventuring party.

We do not allow paid third party private hire or events (such as GM for hire services) to be run in any of our spaces without our prior approval. To inquire about running paid events in any of our spaces, please contact us here. Failure to do so may lead to you being banned from the venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

 

We will not offer refunds for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the reserved slot. 

For cancellations outside of this 72-hour period, we will offer a 50% refund. To request a refund, email us at inquiries@alchemygames.uk with the following information:  

  • Your booking number (found in your booking confirmation email).  

  • The name your booking was placed under.  

  • Date of booking. 

  • Time of booking.
