INKYFINGERS: December Update III

Hello, all! This will be the last newsletter for the end of the year (at least, in Shoreditch. Adrestia's calendar is impossible to keep track of), and almost all of our January in-house events are already sold out. However, there are some other happenings to be aware of...

MEGACON LONDON 2026

We will be opening a dimensional door to Megacon London 2026 with a new Rift Faire experience. This immersive pop-up event will allow you to explore a mysterious village from beyond the veil filled with independent TTRPG creators, themed drinks, beginner friendly drop-in sessions and exclusive merch to uncover.

Our tavern Game Masters will be running introductions to Dungeons and Dragons, Daggerheart, Call of Cthulhu, and a variety of other indie systems…

Starry-eyed adventurers take heed, the elusive Guilds of Adrestia will be in attendance and recruiting new initiates. If you have a passion for mortal peril and blind unwavering loyalty, then they may just offer you the chance to prove yourself.

The Rift Faire will be open from January 24th - 25th. Watch this space for further announcements, vendor spotlights and game schedules!

OFF WITH YOUR HEAD

Have you ever dreamed of beheading an aristocrat? Or a dungeonmaster? You can bring your dreams closer to reality at Off With Your Head, an interactive comedy show, held within our very own Guild Hall on Monday 12 January. 

Two of our very own House GMs, Maxim and Tibet, may find themselves on the chopping block, while trying to rule a 12th Century Kingdom, while YOU decide who lives and dies! 

A unique experience at every show created and hosted by veteran performer Sam See, and video game designer Stephen Case from RGB Monster (Trust No Bunny, Not My Audience), who are joined this month by Special Guest Jester Boy, Joe Mayo (QI).

PRIVATE HIRE

Please note that we will be closed all day for a private function on Saturday 31 January. If you choose to enter regardless, we cannot be held liable for what you may witness.

PRICE INCREASES

For everyone's preparedness, please note that at some point in the near future, some prices will be increasing within the Tavern, due to the ever-increasing costs of living. Exactly what is increasing has not yet been decided, nor has a date been set in place, but we felt it best to let people know that it is on the horizon. We will endeavour to keep you updated once decisions have been made.
