INKYFINGERS: December Update II
Hello, all! Well, my name is Inkyfingers and I'm here to say, here's what's happening in the Tavern today... and subsequent days...
SEASONAL HOURS - In recognition of the annual mass exodus from London around this time of year, the Shoreditch planar portal to the Tavern will be closed from Wednesday 25 Dec to Friday 28 Dec inclusive. There are no further closures planned. The Adrestia portal will remain open as normal.
RIFT FAIRE - We would like to thank everyone who came along to the inaugural Rift Faire on Sunday! We would also like to extend a HUGE thank you to our amazing vendors for sharing their gorgeous works: Arcanist Creations, Bardic Tools, Byrne the Books, Flowers for Roadkill, Jodie's Dice Farm, Mikhail Malkin, Rat Wave Game House, and Redbeard Woodworks. We will be sure to hold another one in the foreseeable future, so watch this space!
BLOOD ON THE CLOCKTOWER - Blood on the Clocktower is a baffling, intriguing, chaotic social deduction game in which you play residents of a village whose population is rapidly dwindling. You need to uncover the truth of who's who, before it's too late and the evil forces take over! We event on 21 Dec is sold out but keep an eye out for future games!
TAVERN QUIZ - If you're looking for something to do on Monday 30 December, come along from 6.30pm for our Tavern Quiz! Due to the overwhelming response we had in November, we recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time on our site. Ringo has reiterated to me that Martha Wayne was wearing a string of pearls on the night of her murder. He won't stop telling me. I don't know why he keeps bringing it up.
OLD WORLD EVENT - The Tavern will once again play host to an Old World Narrative event on Saturday 11 Jan. The 'Horrors of Hexensnacht' event will focus on two primary factions: one faction will be made up of mostly Empire, while the other will be Vampire Counts from the Grey Mountains. THE HORRORS PERSIST - Our 5E world of accursed undeath is about to undergo some changes as we enter the new year! To find out more, check out the latest patch notes here. This update covers new game schedules, a content roadmap, enhanced progrssion, afflictions, 5E2024 rulesets and a tease of our upcoming season…
