INKYFINGERS: AUGUST UPDATE II (Murder and Other Things)

Hello, all! Who am I? You sure you want to know? My name is Inkyfingers and I dwell within the nooks and crannies of the Arcanist's Tavern, watching everything and making notes. Every two weeks, I share some of the knowledge I've discovered:

HELP SOLVE A MURDER... OR COMMIT ONE - Once again, the Tavern will soon fold space and time, this time to become the speakeasy named O'Leary's, where a terrible murder will take place. Can we prevent this? No. Do we want to? Not really. On Friday 6th Sep, Nobody's Fool Mystery Games will be hosting a night of mystery, mayhem and murder most foul, set in the Roaring Twenties. PAINT THE TOWN RED... WITH BLOOD - Our good friends at SoulMuppet Publishing will be celebrating the launch of the BackerKit campaign for their sad vampire RPG, Paint the Town Red, with a spectacular party here in the Tavern. Every attendee will be able to play a one shot of the game with a special guest GM, and receive a copy of the Paint the Town Red Quickstart. TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE HERE 

NEW D&D BOOKS ARE COMING... LATER - Wizards of the Coast, publishers of Dungeons & Dragons, have recently announced that retailers outside of the US will need to wait a further month to receive the alternate art cover editions of the new Player's Handbook. The Arcanist's Tavern had placed an order for these books, and we anticipate they will be available to buy from Friday 18th Oct. We will not be stocking the regular versions of the new editions. 

FAREWELL MILAN... OH YOU'RE STILL HERE - We are sad to announce that our favourite Sandwich Boy, Milan, will no longer be a Tavernkeeper, as of early Sep. Milan has decided that he would like to spend more time focusing on his screenwriting, instead of creating unique concoctions with cucumber syrup. However, it is not 'goodbye', rather 'see you later' as Milan has joined the adventuring ranks as a Support GM, and will be on hand to run games for parties in the Archives.
