INKYFINGERS: September Update II

Hello, all! It is upon us again - that delicious chill of October fast approaching. Trees pretend to die, pumpkins start appearing everywhere, and the veil between the living and the dead is at its most fragile. Will it be rent and torn asunder at the Tavern? Only time will tell. 

TAVERN HALLOWEEN PARTY: Come join us on Halloween (Fri 31 Oct) from 6pm, for a selection of horrifying drop-in TTRPG games, themed food and drinks (the theme is 'blood') and a Costume Contest with prizes up for grabs.

We'll be staying open up until midnight, with music in the Guild Hall, and at least one-third of a skeleton somewhere (there is always the potential for more, but managing expectations is important).

Join us for an introductory session to the hit board game Twilight Imperium!

Build your empire, scheme with (or against) your allies, and use your unique faction abilities to claim the galactic throne on Mecatol Rex.

Having been voted the Geek Madness Aldie Award winner in 2024 and runner up in 2025, and with a massive new expansion on the way, there has never been a better time to get into Twilight Imperium. In this session we will introduce you to the game and take you through the first rounds, setting you up perfectly to play in the future.
